Goal of the development is the improvement in braking performance compared to the original brake disc. EBC used HPSR steel with a low carbon content. This steel is much more resistant to rust than cast steel.
Rigid disc. Made from heat-treated carbon steel. Drilled braking surface with optimized hole pattern. Radial honed. Galvanized for protection against corrosion. Independent design. Thickness of the brake disc may differ from the original part.
